Our Story

Founded by Richard Tomlin in 1999 with the goal of creating vehicles that not only stand out on the track but also embody the spirit of innovation, precision, and quality. Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

In 2023, our Apex Auto Works Apexocet race car soared to new heights at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, securing a remarkable top 20 overall finish. This accomplishment reflects our dedication to conquering one of the most demanding and iconic hill climb events in the world.

Chihuahua Express

Since 2015, Apex Auto Works has been a regular contender in the Chihuahua Express, a three-day stage rally and open-road race set against the rugged landscapes of Chihuahua, Mexico. Our presence in this challenging event showcases our prowess in diverse racing terrains.

Super Lap Battle - Global Time Attack
